School Supply Pack Ordering Instructions

• Supply packs will be delivered directly to students’ classrooms.

• After adding a pack to your cart, you’ll be prompted to enter the student’s name.

• If you have multiple students in the same grade, add each pack to the cart separately.

• Please place a separate order for other school store items - DO NOT combine with your supply pack purchase(s).

• Packs for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades include a planner.

• Grade level supply lists are available on the PTO website.
